2017
JDD Agency is founded with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between complex data and intuitive user experiences. We began by building bespoke software that "connects data together," laying the groundwork for our data-driven approach to digital products.
2019
As businesses sought more than just websites, we evolved into long-term technical partners. We expanded our Custom CRM and software capabilities (such as our work with national accountancy firms), helping clients move away from manual administration and towards fully automated, streamlined business processes.
2020
When the world needed rapid digital solutions, we stepped up. We developed and deployed a critical HR system to manage recruitment and staff for Covid-19 testing sites across the UK. This year defined our ability to deliver robust, enterprise-grade software under immense pressure.
2021
We proved that complex software could also be beautiful. Our work on The Garden Society and MEplace earned us Honorable Mentions on Awwwards, cementing our reputation for blending high-performance backend engineering with world-class, award-winning frontend design.
2023
Scaling our impact, we delivered major digital transformation projects, including the Risk Zen property risk management app and complex financial reporting systems for Multi-Academy Trusts. We moved beyond "building apps" to engineering entire digital ecosystems that drive industry-wide change.

We are a digital agency that believes in design craftsmanship, we thrive in situations that require critical thinking and we love data a little bit more than any person probably should. Having the opportunity to take the many years of knowledge we have, working in technology and design for different sectors, and applying it to projects where we can push what’s possible and make a difference, is what get’s us out of bed in the morning.
